you can check yourself
Nothing is hidden and nothing is decided after you buy. The pool is sealed before the drop, your card is picked by a seed published before anyone could buy, and every opening comes with a certificate you can recompute.
The pool is sealed first
Before a single pack sells we fix the card order, generate one draw seed per card, and publish the fingerprint of every seed next to a fingerprint of the card list. Adding, removing or swapping a card breaks it.
Your seed picks the card
Your opening uses the seed belonging to its draw number. We cannot choose it — it was fixed before you arrived. You cannot predict it — it stays secret until the moment it is used.
Recompute it any time
Your certificate holds the revealed seed, your own client seed and the draw number. Three SHA-256 sums in your own browser, and the answer has to be your card.
Check a draw certificate
Runs entirely in your browser, with nothing but SHA-256. The sealed pool file is public too.

What happens to every card from sealed pool to your hands
Every one of those steps is written to a public, append-only log. Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before it, so no entry can be changed or back-dated without breaking every entry after it.
