How do packs work?

Every pack contains a set of possible cards with fixed, published odds. When you open a pack the result is determined by our provably fair system, and the card is added to your on-site collection instantly.

What does "provably fair" mean?

Each opening combines a hashed server seed (published before the opening), your own client seed and a nonce. After the opening you can verify the result yourself, which makes it impossible for us to manipulate outcomes.

What can I do with the cards I pull?

You can keep them in your collection, list them on the marketplace, sell them back to us instantly for wallet balance, or redeem them to have the physical card shipped to your home.

How does shipping work?

Select the cards you want from your collection and request a shipment. Shipping costs depend on your country and the number of cards. You can follow the status and tracking code under Shipments.

How do I withdraw my wallet balance?

Go to Wallet → Withdraw and choose bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal. The amount is reserved immediately and paid out after review, usually within a few business days.

What are points and quests?

You earn points on purchases and by completing quests. Points count towards the leaderboard and its prizes — check the leaderboard page for the current season.

How do streamer openings work?

When you buy packs through a streamer's page, your packs are opened live on their stream. You can watch the opening, and the pulled cards land in your collection like any other opening.

How do I become a streamer or affiliate?

Apply via the "Become a streamer" page. Every user also has a personal affiliate link (see the Affiliate page) that earns commission on referred purchases.
